Marble Sat-1 at IABG testing facility in October 2026
This day marks a major milestone for Marble Imaging as we are proud to share the first public image of Marble Sat-1 (nickname "Morgana"), following the successful completion of vibration testing and proto-flight qualification. This marks a significant achievement in the development of our first satellite and an important step towards our planned launch in 2027. Together with our valued partners Safran Space, Reflex Aerospace, Scanway S.A., Odysseus Space and ThrustMe we are delighted to celebrate this milestone and the progress achieved through our close collaboration.
With preparations for the 2027 launch progressing according to plan, Marble Imaging is on track to become the first German company to commercially provide very high-resolution Earth Observation data, combining sub-meter visual and near-infrared imagery with short-wave infrared (SWIR) capabilities.
This achievement reflects the dedication, expertise and commitment of everyone involved. We extend our sincere thanks to our partners, team members and supporters who continue to contribute to making this mission a reality.
We are proud to say: This marks an exciting step forward for Marble Imaging and the future of European Earth Observation.
