Marble Imaging participation in the International Space Summit
On September 9th and 10th, in Paris Grand Palais, Marble Imaging attends the International Space Summit, represented by its CEO, Robert Hook. This year flagship event shines a spotlight on Franco-German space industrial collaboration, of which the German scale-up Marble Imaging is a prime example.
With multiple French partners across its space segment supply chain and greater commitments planned in France over the next years, Marble Imaging will continue to strengthen its footprint in the French ecosystem.
A long-term solid collaboration with Safran Reosc, through new developments
Marble Imaging pursues its strategic partnership with Safran Reosc, which supplies their state-of-the-art primary optical payload, SEEING230. This system will be onboard of the first inaugural satellite mission (Marble Sat-1), due to be launched in Q1 2027. The two companies are now jointly working on the integration of a new 50 cm GSD optical payload by Safran Space into the next generation of satellites, supporting Marble Imaging’s planned scale-up, with a constellation expected to grow to thirty satellites by 2030.
Safran Reosc payloads are a cornerstone of Marble Imaging’s future satellite constellation, enabling the delivery of very-high resolution optical imagery (visible and near-infrared) to defence and civil actors.
Establishing an office in France to foster new synergies
As part of its growth strategy, Marble Imaging affirms its intention to establish a presence in France, aiming for proximity and deepen collaboration with its French partners, through the opening of a local office. The roadmap and timeline have yet to be defined, but more details could be communicated in the coming months.
